I love to share another beauty tips...

I know we've heard a lot about this..some says "I've tried everything!"

me too, I've used to say that as well!I've tried everything..

I am just sharing how I did it, not to promote anything okay..

So what did I do?

Since I was form1 my face started to grow all that bumps, seriously, ask all of my school friend..they know bout this..then, I've tried all products, modern and traditional..Nadaaa~

when I was in from 3, my grandma, OPAH, ask me to go to c dermatologist, In TAPAH, cause she's got bad rashes on her foot, and it's cured..

So, I went to that clinic, KLINIK KULIT JAYA, Dr. A. Sundram..

He's Indian and he's nice,why did I say he's nice?because he's seem concern to really make sure that my face cured with acne problem..what was my problem?

First: My menstrual cycle..my period not stable..sometimes 2-3moths, sometimes 6 month! so the doc saids that my hormone is not stable....Tat's why..

Second: It's in my gene! I herit-ate from my dad!He has fair skin like Chinese looks, but he's got all big bumps acnes all over his face....Tat's why..

Third: I'm still young..hormone imbalance is normal,so as long as i still have pimples,means that I'm still young..

So, he gave my brother strong antibiotic, and milds antibiotic for me, since I'm still young..hihihhi

OMG, gods love me! after 1 month, no more itchy bumps on my face! All gone! scars not so bad since my skin still soft and young so it's cured fast..

However, antibiotic effect is just temporary, so it's like wen u had flu, take medicine, then probably in 3 month

u'll have another flu..
So, I kept follow up with doc..and maintain using Nuetrogena deep clean facial cleanser for oily skin, white caps, the black caps not good ok..can cause more acne..til now i still using the neutrogena deep clean cleanser..i felt my face fresh n squeaky clean.. Normal price RM 19.90 for 150 ml, sometimes during sales in watson or guardian grab it at RM 15.90

As for mosturizers, and creme I stick to Safi, sometimes I used Safi Balqis, sometimes Safi gamat..Latest, Safi Rania, Not bad! Gave glow to ur face! tried the trial pack, found it in Giant, Tesco..RM38..my sisters influenced me,,hehehe,,tried it! eventho u still young but it some sort of glow ur face, like when u applied the creme, It's smooth look like u already applied foundation..fuhh~

So what was the medicine that I took?

it's actually amino acids, so-called isotretinoin (since I'm Biochemistry major-loves to study about beauty stuff)..
I've got P.acnes attack due to excess of androgen & also exposure to unseen microbes..
Thus I took Isotretinoin ( homoserine ) which is anti-androgen..

Isotretinoin is a type of medication for the treatment of acne. It reduces the skin’s secretion of sebum, the oily substance that leads to the spread of acne in the face.

Isotretinoin is usually recommended to teenagers and young adults who have severe cases of acne. Severe acne can cause permanent damage or scarring in the skin. With Isotretinoin, less secretion of sebum results to less incidents of inflammation and scar formation.

Isotretinoin is used to cure severe acne that has not been treated well by more conservative treatment options like creams, antibiotics, and drying agents. Improvement is usually seen by patients after 15 weeks of use of this medication. Since it can result to serious side effects, it is recommended that this medication is used only by people who have severe or persistent acne.

ALL CoMES AT 0NcE!!

Should I call it chance? opportunity? "chance a lifetime only"?

This got to do with Chance to spend my $$$$$ ..

I've bought 5 shoes, since I thot I need 1 shoes, then wen I go here n there found another shoes, next day found another shoes again,,arghhh!!yup, for 5days holiday in KL!5 shoes!haha..(don't dare to take out from my car b00ts,my mom for sure will nagging like 3 months!!)

nice rite??like jimmy choo's haha,,may be 1 day I'll hav that Jimmy choo's..ESPADRILLES..hihihihihi

Oh NOOOOOO and I'm so unlucky that my Neo asses got hit by some college girl, & she didn't have any license!

UNLUCKY ME!!Poor my baybee neo..u're only 10 months years old!!*crying*

It seems Okay,But not ok!

Look! the bumper crash n the steel that protect my exhaust is damaged as well!So, I was expecting that I only need to change my bumper and the problem is settled!I was definitely wrong, when I check my Neo at Proton, The body was push towards back bonnet, So I need to do reformation *is it?* Not so sure, But it's something like have to send back to the factory, so that my baybee neo will recover as new..

Cost?? 1.5K$$ argghhh!!

Shut up!

Okay, so I've decided, No matter what i will send my Neo to so-called Hospital..but first I'll buy the bumper cost like 200$ since I've mange to buy it from Neo's friend from FB,Then I'll send it for paint, Then only send it to Hospital, but definitely not now..

Then at the same time my colleagues call me "Sue, U want BB Torch for $988?"

How I wish I want that torch!almost 60% discount okay! And BB Bills?My company pay for it!

Then I mange to negotiate to at least give me a month,, a month, but still I don't know..

What about my Neo? He's Injured and next month had to renew Insurance and road tax, Need approx 1300$!

*sigh*

And...

My Engagement is coming soon 30th April Okay!

Still I didn't do any preparation yet..I've browse through Gulati's, Found what I like..pale pink,soft pink, like close to white,cost like 240$ after discount..I don't know..

shweet right??I love it so much..But then when I called my MIL, She says that she will gave me black pink net, chiffon to make my dress,, But it's black..pretty,seriously, It's just that I'm worried It'll not appropriate for engagement since everybody wants to look sweet, demure during engagement..hmm..I don't know..

but n0 matter what..I'm Happy,,I Love my baybee Love,,we had such wonderful time together..Miss u soo much Love!

Protest in Egypt

I've just watched it on TV last night!!

Omg, It's been a while since I watch the news..

When they mentioned EGYPT, I've remembered my BFF, HUSNA!!

Husna, are you okay dear, I know that she's study in Uni. Al-Azhar, and yes, it's in Egypt!!

Ya Allah please protect my beloved best friend and all the Malaysian and Muslims in egypt...

What happen actually???Political issue??please don't make Egypt just like Iraq, Iran..

Please, NOO!

The revolution in Tunisia earlier in the month seemed to set fire to decades worth of smoldering grievances against Mr. Mubarak's heavyhanded rule.

First thousands and then tens of thousands of protesters took to the streets calling for Mr. Mubarak to step down, defying bans and curfews in the most serious challenge his regime has ever faced.

The protests began on a Tuesday, Jan. 25. The government quickly banned all demonstrations, but on Wednesday the protesters returned and clashed with the police in cities across the country.

By that Friday Mr. Mubarak had called the army into the streets. He ordered his government to resign, but did not offer to step down himself. Mr. Mubarak named the head of military intelligence, Omar Suleiman, as his new vice president, and the air force chief, Ahmed Shafik, as prime minister, in an attempt to shore up support among the military.

The change in the cabinet did not slow the protests, and the decision to call out the military proved not to be decisive; the next day troops and demonstrators fraternized.

When I was a high school girl, I have a friend who loves to read book.Which I'm NOT. I'm totally like to read book when I'm having exam TOMORROW! LOL...

So, I was influenced by her to read Mary-Kate and Ashley..They are so adorable, and I believe everybody at my age would love to be them..they cute, pretty, and filthy RICH!!

Their hair, face, life, everything seems perfect..But then, it didn't last for so long, when they grown up, they starting to take drugs, become anorexic, and the last movie that I've remembered New York Minute..

And after that I've never heard anything about them anymore..I've tried Google them,,yet I miss back all my teenage life..hmmm *_*

Today’s multi-tasking woman demands products that are easy to use and go the distance with as few steps as possible. Product overload is so last year. Long gone are the days of reaching for a zillion different products to achieve flawless makeup. In any economic time, providing these women with easy, consumer-friendly makeup palettes that actually work is the way to go… "on the go."

For instance, why purchase one foundation or pressed powder shade, when you can have two shades in one compact? They will both work on your face, while adjusting to the changing needs of your face in winter and summer… and at the same time, provide you with the skin care and natural sun protection you need.

Why should concealers be any different? It seems the hunt of every woman is finding that perfect undereye concealer. Of course, I will always recommend a salmon concealer, which, in my opinion, is definitely the way to go with two shades in each component to play with, depending on the shade you might need and possibly the amount of sleep (or lack there of), alcohol or allergies.

Eye palettes containing four to six corresponding shades that help you achieve a variety of looks will win the day. Ideally it should be a small palette that snugly fits into the palm of the hand, with shades highly pigmented and depositing concentrated color with just one swipe–no need to waste time or precious space.

Blush combos with usable colors are sure winners. Every woman should have the option to use a little pink, peach and even a hint of bronzer or maybe even a highlighter. Why should we have to use single components or have a large palette with colors we will never use? Three to four is a good mixture; providing the necessary options in easy-to-use components seems to do the trick.

We can’t complete our look without the right lip colors or lipglosses. For this, we might want to try a dual-ended gloss or a lipstick pencil or even a dual-sided lipstick pencil with a gloss on the other side. Basically, your pencil, gloss and or lip color should all do more than just cover your lips–they should nourish them, have easy-to-use applicators and maybe even taste good.

Overall, in keeping up with today’s woman, it is clear that we have an emotional connection to our beauty products. We want our multifunctional and compact products to make us look good, feel good and to be good for us… all in a cute little package that we can throw into our bag “on the go!!”
ADDITIONAL TIPS TO REMEMBER
• Pump brushes, both empty and filled, are now readily available. They are great for travel. Just pump and brush it on. Fill them with loose or shimmery powders.
• Once thought of as cakey and heavy, powder is now used to set and maintain the foundation. It can be applied quite sheer and look very translucent. Applied with a powder puff, powder secures the foundation; applied with a brush, powder gives a slight sheer finish. It will keep your foundation in place and help it last longer and not get on your clothes or his.

BODY
• At one time or another, most of us have experienced hickies, bruises, cuts or burns. The method to cover up the tattoos works the same way to cover up all the above. The shades might change depending on the stage of the bruise or hickey.
• Bumps and breakouts on the skin (back/arms/body): Most of us take care of our face with cleansers and moisturizers yet totally neglect our body. Take the time in the shower to gently exfoliate with a loofah or a washcloth on your body. Try some Epsom salts in the bath, which can be used to exfoliate with a washcloth. Apply a body oil or moisturizer to your body before you completely dry off. (This will also help self-tanners go on much smoother.)

LIPS
• For everyday wear, choose lip color in neutral shades like mauves (pink and orange combination). Also, when choosing a lip texture, keep in mind that a matte lipstick has more pigment (color) and stays on longer than sheer or glossy ones. You can always apply a gloss over the lipstick for added shine.
• Preventing lipstick from getting on your teeth: After applying lipstick and/or gloss, place your finger into your mouth, wrap your lips around the finger and gently pull out your finger in a lollipop motion. The excess lipstick on the inside of your lips will end up on your finger instead of your teeth. Simply wipe it off on a tissue and you’re set to go.

EYES
• A white pencil can be applied to the inner lash line of the eye. This can give the effect of the eye being larger. However, this can also have a tendency to look like you're trying too hard.
• Placing a light shimmer under the bottom eyeliner will soften and give added "oomph" to the eye.
• I prefer using black mascara to achieve the most dramatic effect. I can apply only one coat and it does the trick. Brown mascara works better if you want a more natural look; it's also a good option if you are very fair skinned or a young adult.

EYELASHES
• If using a metal curler, try using a hairdryer to heat the center of the curler. Like a curling iron, it will hold the curl longer. Just be careful not to overheat it because that can be painful.
• For those of us who are a bit clumsy when it comes to curling and applying mascara, curl and apply mascara before beginning the eye makeup application. This way, whatever you smudge, just clean off and you don’t need to ruin your eye makeup. Do whatever feels comfortable for you. I usually curl and apply mascara before beginning my own makeup. Some people smudge their mascara all over the lid when applying. This can ruin a nice make up job.

EYEBROW SHAPING
• The eyebrow should begin directly above the inner corner of your eye. To find the highest point of the arch, hold a pencil parallel to the outside edge of the iris. The first three quarters of the brow should head upwards toward your natural peak; the final quarter should head downwards and tape off at the end. From the arch to the outer corner of the eye, your brow should fall in a straight or slightly curved line, depending on the look you're trying to achieve.
• Brow length: Hold a pencil from your nostril to the outside edge of your eye. The point that the pencil touches your brow is your perfect brow length.

BLUSH
• The purpose of blush is to give a healthy glow and help in creating dimension of contours for the face. Using the light and dark shades properly is the key to creating the dimension.
• If you've applied too much blush and it looks a bit too harsh or clown-like, smooth it out by blending away the edges with a neutral or light powder at the edges of the blush. You can also just wipe away the excess by gently dabbing a clean makeup sponge or puff across the area.
• Avoid placing the very light shades (off white/yellow) directly over the very dark shades. When they mix together, it can look like a patch of grayish dirt. Keep the very light shade about ¼ inch below the very dark shade.

FOUNDATION
• When applying foundation, you can choose a slightly lighter shade than your skin – especially if you have oily skin. The oil in the skin actually turns the foundation darker over time, as it oxidizes.
• When using thick concealer as foundation, it is important to set it with powder. It will keep the foundation from running, creasing and smudging. It will also prevent it from cracking into any lines around the eyes.
- This process will also work to cover areas with acne scars.
• The end goal when applying makeup to the face is to make the color tone of the face match your neck.

CONTOURING
• Contouring means using highlights and shadows to create definition such as hollowed cheek bones, a thinner nose, or softening a jaw line or a forehead. You can create contour in two ways: 1) with light and dark colors or shades of cream foundation; or 2) using dark and light shades of blush colors and eye shadows. For example, you can use a taupe-brown to shade and then a light yellow to highlight.
• Some people prefer to first apply the foundation (matching your skin tone) all over the face and then contour with the lighter highlights over the T-Zone and the dark tone to create shading elsewhere. I feel I’m saving a step by applying the three slightly different shades (light, dark, and medium) of foundation to the appropriate areas all at once.

OILY SKIN
If you're at an event and you feel your face getting oily, instead of pulling out the compact and powdering over the oil, try to first use your napkin (hopefully it's clean) to dab off excess oil first. You can also use a tissue, toilet paper or cloth. This will prevent the layering of oil and powder on your face and keep your skin from appearing shiny.

EVE'S HOME REMEDIES
• Eye drops will remove redness not only from your eyes but also from red blemishes. Freeze a drop in a spoon, place frozen over blemish and hold, it will shrink swelling.
• Neosporin can help remove and heal acne overnight.
• Toothpaste (white paste) will help heal acne breakouts.
• Clay masks will draw out the black heads that tend to gather around the nose, by dehydrating the top layer of skin.
• Cuticle scissors work well to trim those little nose hairs.
• Fingers: Your most trusted tool. Can apply everything with them. (So, you don't have an excuse when you forget your kit). Concealer- the heat in your fingers will help melt a thick concealer into place (especially under the eyes). Can blend cream blushes. Apply lip balm or gloss on lips. Don't forget to clean your hands when going from one application/color to another.
• Dab a Q-tip into Jell-O cherry flavored powder and apply to lips. Let sit for five minutes and lick it off. Will give your lips a natural red coat.

Heavy/full coverage foundations offer the most camouflaging. It is good for covering burns, birthmarks, bruising, melasma and scars.

My lab is under fungus attack!

Yesterday was the first time i saw a place full of fungus..eeeeeeuuww!!

True!! It's only 3 weeks i left my lab, couldn't believe it because it's the first time ok!!

what happen?? Ok as everybody knows that Malaysia is a h0t country, u will never see sn0w coming down to Malaysia..And it is my first time living in kuantan, I know in the east coast between Dec to Jan is monsoon season, Like in Australia, ( they had terrible flood)

geographically we are not 4 seasons country okay..so it's really cool, wet, and breezy during this monsoon season..not in Australia but in Kuantan okay..LOL

and

still

I just can't believe that fungus could infected my lab.

I'm tired! cleaning out all over the lab.

But when i told everybody who lives in Kuantan, the say..

"It's Normal............."

hmmm...

It's been a while,,but 2011 already!

Hey..Just wanna drop by since It's been a while already I left this very 1st blog of mine..
Just quick update..
Before the 2010 end I've successfully done making my probiotic n antibiotic for chicken supplement..
I'm proud of me, even tough nobody think it it's a big deal..but now I'm relief that I'm be able to run the development of probiotic..I've go to trough all the steps corrctly..yup2..now everytin is super clear!
my 2011 resolution one n one only
I wanna get married with my only LOVE mohamad afiq..
In a way hv to save money, take care of my diet, and get fit!!
